How do I use colostrum?
As prevention use one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening before sleep, at least half an hour before food. If you feel the first signs of illness, we recommend increasing the dosage to 3 x 5 tablets and again at least half an hour before food. Later you can return to the original dosage.
How should I store colostrum, and does it matter if it is at normal temperature for a short time. e.g. if I have it delivered by post?
Colosturm should be stored closed in a cool, dry place, optimally at or under 5°C – we recommend storage in a fridge. By storage we mean long-term archiving. Short-term placement at normal temperatures during transport has no negative effect.
Can children use colostrum?
The product is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Can colostrum be used during pregnancy? Can I overdose on colostrum? Can I use colostrum while taking other medication?
Our colostrum is 100% naturally freeze-dried and is free of chemical additives.
Thus it is not possible to overdose with colostrum and using colostrum with other medication is not a problem.
